A is for "Aaah" from the lovely scene where Mac teases Caroline about the throat inspection.

(I took 2 friends to see Michelle in "Taming of the Shrew" last weekend - when we got home we sat and watched episodes of "Green Wing" until 5am - I feel a complete rewatch coming on)
