Oooh ooh - me too! I can't stop watching Spaced/Hot Fuzz/SotD with the commentaries on. I think it's his voice too - so cute! And that picture is just fried gold if ever I saw it

Hope so G&C - he SO deserves one after all this time. Your 80s night sounded great - I've been in Norfolk with the family for a few days so in some ways that has been a blast from the past but I could've done with John Cusack here to *ahem* 'liven' things up a tad! :D

No I didn't, and I am a bit miffed that I can't get to the LFF either! But I have read some reviews of the new movie, and I'm looking forward to it.

Yes! He does have a lovely voice! I think it was probably reading his Myspace blogs and perving on all his photos that sealed it for me though.

i love Edgar Wright i think all his work is amazing but I don't find him hot...

my ultimate love of my life and if I ever meet him I will abduct him and marry him is Matthew Perry oh my gosh I don't think anyone can understand my love for him!

on the girl front I'm sorry I do this(strangely) I think Delta Goodrem is stunning and talented and just downright amazing (for those who don't know who she is which i assume is most of you, she was nina in neighbours and is currently the biggest australian pop star with 1 in 3 or 1 in 2 households owning her first album her second going 5xplatinum and her latest album going straight to no1 in the charts despite decline in sales due to downloads etc.) sorry went a bit overboard in explaining who she is but she is by far my favourite artist...

hello and greeting from the greenhouse also known as the Courtyard theatre where I'm slowly melting. For Baggie and any of the other midlanders who fancied going to The Hippodrome to see John Barrowman in Aladin turns out that our theatre and theirs have some sort of deal where I can get cheap tickets :ta:

About time we got some money off something for all that travelling to London. Now if only we could get Julian to do a play there.

Better still a play here although I think the other staff would change the dressing room door codes for his own safety

I am a big fan of Michael Praed ( was Robin of Sherwood for those of you old enough to remember that series) and on Sunday evening he amazed all of us by deciding to join us in the chatroom, he stayed talking for nearly 3 hours, bliss!

aaa rufus wainwright was sooo amazing!!! i love him too much (i so wish he wasn't gay..)

the highlight was definitely when he went off, took off his lederhosen, put on a big white fluffy dressing gown and slippers and then after a couple of songs started putting on lipstick and earrings and some stilettos and then stripped off his dressing gown and turned into judy garland! guh he looks so good in drag..
And i'm his brother Bob.

Ok - this is odd, but I'm finding myself strangely drawn to David Mitchell. Was watching the Anniversary Quiz on channel four and he was so funny it just pushed my guilty liking into a full blown crush! I know that Robert Webb is considered the better-looking one but DM is just so sarcastically funny and clever that I think I may love him slightly! Please tell me I'm not a totally lost cause! :?

I can't say I'm attracted to David Mitchell, but I do love his sense of humour, he is so dry & really clever, so no, you are not a totally lost cause......

Thanks Rita - I was starting to worry!

MW - I read that article about Kris Marshall today and now I like him even more. Very plain speaking and quietly funny :D

Anyone else watch A Room With a View on ITV last night? I have the serious hots for Rafe Spall now! Lol. Though I did like him quite a bit before anyway. Wish I could've met a George Emerson whilst in Italy, rather than getting constantly pestered by greasy Italians. Humph. :(

Yep MW I saw it. Love Stephen Poliakoff dramas and this was no exception. Also starting to see what FQ sees in Mr Penry-Jones. He was seriously dishy in this!
However - I did have to keep switching over to catch a glimpse of lovely Rafe Spall doing his best 'bit of rough character'. This goes into my favourite Rafe moments, along with Wide Sargasso Sea and The Chatterley Affair (spot the naked Rafe theme....) :swoon:

And OMG  - I found out today that my manager at work is related to Kris Marshall (only by marriage, but still...) and went to a family party a couple of weeks ago and Kris was there, cooking for everyone and generally being lovely! May have to volunteer for some overtime to get my manager to put in a good word about his single colleague.....

Maisie, I completely understand being drawn to David Mitchell. I watched the quiz and also found myself being drawn in. It's definitely his sense of humour as he makes me laugh out loud. Definitely feeling the Kris love and Robin of Sherwood, had forgotten how gorgeous he was.

Lucky you, ducatilady on the Michael Praed chat. I have all the Robin of Sherwood dvd's and they get played very regularly in our house. I also enjoyed Joe's Palace, especially RPJ's scenes! I visit his very good unofficial fan forum quite often.

I have one word to describe RPJ: Rawr!
I also quite like Mark Valley (yet another fraise-blond! ) and James Spader. They're both great in Boston Legal and Keen Eddie and The Secretary respectively.
