Whilst reading the IMDb boards about Oliver Twist, I found a link to lots of Oliver Twist photos, including (sadly!) only one of JRT. None of Michelle that I can see.
Exciting eh?!!

OOooooh!!! oooh!!! Oooooooooh!!!

*breathes slowly*

OK I'm calm now. Whoo! I'm really excited now. Screw christmas presents, give us more of Julian! lolage.
This may be a stupid question, but i don't actually know Oliver, except its about a small boy. Who's Julian playing? the only grown man character i know is the "Got to pick a pocket or two" guy, who is clearly not the one.

:)

wierd link but I was once in panto ( little richard whittington) with Jack Wilde ( artful dodger film version) in 1983 it was the first of my professional shows. Like Julian Jack was sweet and charming unlike those I acted with for the next 3 years

He is going to play Mr Monks, Lucy although, not sure where his character fits into the scheme of things - I think he tries to get the money that is left for Oliver but I must do my homework to be sure?!....

OMG..does Jules look good in period costume or what?!!!!
Cannot wait now!

Ah, thanks Annabel, I'll find out more later. I do hope his part isn't small. Yes, more period costume please!!!

I'd so love to see Jules in a one of those 19th century tuxedo-suit things with the shirts with the little flicky collars. They're great, lol..

No problem! It was a lucky find!
LinkaNeo, here is a link to wikipedia's Oliver Twist page which talks about Mr Monks-Julian's character. I won't quote it in case anyone doesn't know what happens and wants it to be a surprise!

BBC is currently listing Oliver Twist to be shown in week 51, which is 15-21 December, no time slot listed yet though. :)
