Might be being a bit slow/blonde but what's "manga"?!...actually seems quite fitting 'cos it almost trying to say Mangan isn't it? perhaps all GW artists are just mean to have that book ay? ...

Keep drawing anyway! Actually, talking of art, My mum has got her exhibition on at the moment, in Dorset. She paints landscapes from photos that she takes during her fabulous trips abroad and she also does the most amzing African animal paintings too! I am very proud of her!!
thanks marinewarden - i know i love jennifers too and Linkaneo's - they're brilliant. Linkaneo's actually inspired me to go and buy a 'how to draw manga' book! cos i've never been able to! Sadly it's still under my bed, pages unopened...

Sorry marinewarden! manga's in the style of japanese cartoons like pokemon, with their sharp edges and big bright eyes and that's what Linkaneo's reminded me of. Mangan! lol i never thought of that! aww your mum sounds very talented, so you should be proud! i've just started a part time fine art course at uni..just thinking how i could incorporate green wing into my research somehow....hmmm

Thankyou - that means a lot to me because i'm usually quite shy about my pictures. i'd love to go to the signing but i've never done anything like that before so i wouldn't know where to begin! - if i stayed overnight somewhere i'd have to be back in time for uni tuesday morning...but i might look into it though!

I am in the same boat as you as I have never been to a signing before - although, I have met Julian before - after each performance of "landsape with weapon" that I saw (I saw it twice) so at least it won't be so daunting..or perhaps it will be ?! as the other cast members will be there too BUT I am really looking forward to it!!!!
Maybe see you there?!
