Oh we need to know who got that little gem.

Can you imagine it? Can of tizer and a weightwatchers meal between three.....

Any way we can find out and ask the lucky winner to give us a report on how the evening went?

The Stars Appeal have posted photos of the dinner on their website:
http://www.starsappeal.org/dinnerforthestars.html

Julian looks marvellous in his DJ (likewise Stephen - king of the curls). Looks like he's hurt his hand though - wonder if his role in Oliver Twist calls for any dodgy stunt work! He looks like he's still able to hold a drink though so glad to see his priorities are in order. :ta:

I wonder if the girls with them are the winners of the auction item. They look pretty happy so maybe they are. Me, jealous? Of course not

Great picture - love the bow ties!

I too have my left hand bandaged (front door slammed on it - 2 broken fingers and lots of bruising!). Typing one handed is very slow and I have been feeling sorry for myself, but now I know I'm in good company!

Oh God, they both look amazing! No wonder those girls are so happy sandwiched between them like that! *envy*

Yes, that must be it - stunt work. Of course. Or wrestling with Steve maybe. Or jumping off tall buildings to rescue people in distress in his part-time occupation as Superman.

You are certainly right there Maisie...the Lion's Mane looks fantastic in a DJ as does Stephen and OMG...Julian is so tall - didn't think he was that tall but the photos certainly seem to show that he is "towering" over everyone else! Love that he stands out above the rest...as it should be - perhaps he should be renamed the "Lion King" instead of mane?!!

Well, at 5'4" I'm definately NOT a tall girl. But I think I'd endure the cricked neck just to look into those eyes all the time....

Lil - sorry to hear about your hand. Maybe if you can go to the signing you can ask Dr (Mac) Julian for tips on how to heal it best :lvdr:

5'10 and a half I am but find it really annoying that I seem to attract shorter men! ( not that there is anything wrong with short men just prefer them to be taller than me!!) Do you find that too Gabriella?

Errm, not particularly...except in Italy where the men just won't leave you alone if you're foreign, and are all short and greasy. Bleurgh. :P

Think I heard JW talking about this last week when he stood in on Wogan's programme.

Good on Julian, he's always keen to help out the disadvantaged.:foru:

Possibly another mention in Wilts Life at some stage Kim ?

Don't know if it's from the same event, but there's a rather nice photo from the Stars Appeal here (Image 13):
