i've just finished listening to The Maltby Collection and it's been brilliant! thanx for uploading it ducatilady! i dunno eh? he's always stuck in awkward situations with women isn't he? i've been listening to it before i go to bed - ive loved all his audio stuff i've listened to so far (although my fave so far has to be Blackout..!) - it's just his voice - it's so clear & appealing - and i loved the way his london accent as Rod seemed to get more like his normal (quite posh!) accent as the story went on - i thought so anyway! :lvdr:

Hi Bekiboo, yes I agree, he does always seem to be in awkward situations in the audio plays , have you heard 'The other Man' thats another one in the same vein, but Blackout is my all time favourite too.

Hi Bekiboo

faeriequeen put links to all the Other Man episodes (see that thread) to download to your computer and then you can put them on ipods/mp3's.

I think I might know them all off by heart by now!

Taking them on holiday with me to listen to Julian's voice while I lie on a beach!

I'm going to have to get an ipod so I can listen to Julian for 10 days by a pool in the southg of france while ignoring my whole family. Then again seeing as I have to do all the driving on my own (due to dad having an op on his wrists) maybe I should make them listen to him throughout the journey

Hi Bekiboo, i did convert 'the other man' files to MP3 format before I put it up on esnips, so you should be able to save it using your mp3 software. I also uploaded it onto megaupload (see links on the other thread) they seem to be still there at the moment.

Cool - thanks for letting us know Maisie - I might have to hold back with purchasing that at the mo though - what with all my recent spendings on theatre and other Julian-related buys!

Although it seems that The Maltby Collection is now unavailable on Amazon, they have put up a picture of the front cover...which is hilarious!
