I have returned after surgery!

Postby Kayleigh » Sat Aug 04, 2007 4:00 pm

After a month in that hospital im so glad to be home!!!

I'm taller, thinner, and well what can I say, my doc was soooo Mac-Like it was great! <3

On an even cooler side, my spine is comprised almost entirely of metal!
Interesting or what?

Taller? Thinner? A month with a Mac-a-like doctor?!!! You are officially the luckiest girl in the world! :D

But seriously, though - isn't it amazing how far medical technology has come? So glad to hear it all went well and that you're back home. Welcome back!!!! :foru:

That's really good news, Kayleigh, I'm sure the Mac-like doctor helped things along! Every ward should have one.

:welcome: back!

Glad to have you back Kayleigh...still jealous about the Mac-alike as I'm sure it made your time in hospital a lot more bearable, whereas I hated mine! :P

Welcome back! Good to know that you're doing well. :D

When speaking with Dr Mac-a-like, did you ever happen to let slip that he reminded you of a certain fraise-blonde...?

Ha ha I did actually, and he just smiled and said 'I get that a lot for some unknown reason.' His little girl loves Green Wing and for a charity event at the hospital, he actually went round the hospital with two holes cut out of his trousers just like Mac did as he walked away from Caroline lol. After explaining this to me, and after me chuckling, he went a light shade of pink and said the registrar would come and see me later. Sure enough he did and he VERY scarily was the spitting image of Boyce!!! Wierd or what.

Welcome back Kayleigh, sounds like an interesting experience. Glad to hear that things are sorted. Are you going back for physio? I can see Sue in physio somehow (must be the "you can't have that, you're all too fat" scene). I hope for your sake she's not lurking in there.

hello Kayleigh - glad you're back home and all went well.

Ha - reminds me of when baby had her tonsils out a couple of years ago - when she was wheeling into the anethestists room, I did ask the nurse if he was like Guy Secretan....... Cruel, uncaring Mother!

Hope you'll be tripping the light fantastic soon!
