Just one problem though: I've absolutely *no* idea where it is, so if i could meet with one of you at the station or something beforehand it would be most appreciated!! =P

..yeah I second that - could some-one meet us at the station.....actually my train doesn't arrive till 4.50 so that won't work really will it? (DUH!! ) unless some-one doesn't mind doing a "second trip" or is that asking too much?! ...

Yeah that's fine Marinewarden...it's really not too hard to find though. If you can get to the road behind the National then it's basically on that, a bit further along just the other side of Waterloo Bridge.

Tuttsweet went into 'our' Pizza Express today to book for the 3rd, only to be told it will be closed for refurbishment next week, any suggestions as to another local place we could meet up. There is the BFI cafe which is very close, but we wouldn't all be able to sit together.
Any suggestions, Chatterbox or Patch, FQ...you all know the area well?

Well to be honest I haven't really gone out round there much...but I know there's a few restaurants on The Cut down past the Old Vic, which isn't far from the National at all. A quick google has revealled another Italian restaurant chain called Pizza Paradiso:

i can't come (off saving rhinos lol), but would recommend wagamamas which is on the southbank and very close
they do yummy food...
