I'm no longer a LWW virgin either! Hooray!
Sorry it's taken so long for me to write since Monday I've just done so much, i got back from london on wednesday morning, got an hour's sleep then went out with friends for my birthday - i fell unconscious last night with the light on, hehe!!
I thought the play was fantastic - all the actors seemed really emotionally involved with their characters (esp. the moments where Tome and Julian were on the verge of tears), which made the play all the more beleivable.
The sound-based screw up was hilarious though. They looked awkward after and i thought they'd forgotten their lines because they were talking about traffic and noise - but i read Jade's script and, apparently not! Hehehe! That cracked me up so much.
I met Julian (Hooray!) afterwards and was bemused as to his utter excitement at the three girls that were there apart from Jade and I, but I patiently waited and showed him my pictures that I'd drawn. He seemed impressed which I was excessively pleased at and wrote on the one of him, "Lucy, Amazing! Happy birthday love from Julian (Rhind-Tutt) x" - why he wrote his surname in brackets we'll never know but I was chuffed to bits none the less. Then he gave me a big birthday hug and I assumed he'd let go quickly but he didn't he held on while my friend Grant found his camera and took a photograph - I was in heaven! hehehe.
All in all a great night was had by all I think and I had a great time in London the rest of the time i was there. =)
I got a photo of us though. I was exploding inside!!
Hurrah. I've a photo of Jade, her friend and I as well but Grant won't give me it yet.
I agree with you FQ & G&C... can't have too much of a good thing eh?!
& that he is quite safe coming out & chatting to us. I think he also realises now how much we all appreciate him making the effort to come out to see us too.
