I have to say that I was quite disappointed when I was in hospital for a little while a couple of months back as there were no Mac-alikes to be seen anywhere. :(
Might've been cos I was on the orthopaedics ward though as apparently orthopaedic surgeons are always the weird ones!


Oh thats fab I have to see an orthapaedic surgeon in June....so I should expect weird, dull and quite possibly not at all swoon worthy? :shock:

Haha! That's mint! My school group tutor is called Mr Harrison. He's unusually long and really weird, really dull and particularly unpleasant to look at. Poor bloke. Excellent pianist, though. lol. *edges away*

Hello every one, I'm Mac V and I've crossed over from the green wing channel 4 forum. I'm 36, married and live in Cardiff. Green Wing and a certain JRT are my passions. I frst became aware of he who should be king in Hippies but Dr Mac is my true favourite. :D

Hya i'm bek! i thought i'd better say a little hello to everyone here! ive been browsing this forum for a while now and i loves it! tis fantastic! ive never been on a forum before so i'm new to all this so bear with me - but i've finally found an outlet for me obsession! i first noticed JRT in GW series 1 when it was first on but quickly forgot about it cos i thought it was a one off series - when they made another series i was like omg..i've luvved him ever since. i have now got all of GW on DVD as well as black books thanks to reading bout it on here!
ive even tried converting my mates but they don't seem to know who he is (us blummin wolverhamptoners!) and am currently trying to convert my mum...! :wink:

may I suggest talking about Julian all the time, making her watch everything he has ever made then getting him to sign her birthday card (isn't he lovely) then buying her a ticket for landscapes for her birthday whether she wants TO GO OR NOT!


Worked for my mum she is now one of us . She doesn't have the internet but would like to be known as G&T seeing as I'm G&C.
