Haha sorry...but I've seen it twice in such a short time that being stuck at uni unable to "pop round" as it were is not looking like a fun prospect. :P

Just watched it - one of them was rather rude about Julian saying that he signalled irony every time by waving his hands about...grr!

They all seemed to have quite a bit of beef with the play itself but then they did say the actors were very good, so oh well.
And they did play a clip of the play, so that was cool. :)

The guy who said that about Julian - I thought he was a prat when he reviewed the first thing so I didn't care what he thought! Iiiijit! All the other press reviews have said how good he was.

I also thought all the reviewers were very naive actually. Saying that there is no debate about whether you should develop weapons - of course there is a debate! People object but we are still doing it - sounds like a debate to me.... anyway end of rant.

Lets see if any of the clips of the play appear on the Newsnight website. They chose my favourite scene to use as the clip. I love the bit with the knife.

Huggziz!

That really annoyed me - I never could stand the Newsnight Review bunch. They're such smug, pretentious know-it-alls. :x

newsnight in the whole is always like boring newschewing and so this Review part as well. I never could stay in for more than 5 mins. They really doesnt suprise today as well. Loosers.
I was watching this Jonathan Ross show tonight instead - though he is a bugger also  but at least he is not that pretensious while reviewing movies. I have a weak hope that one day J. could be on his TV show - could be fun.

What?!!

Waving hands=absolute hotness

And as an Italian hand waver I simply can't understand, how anyone can think that his hand gestures are too much! His hands are very expressive, which is only lovely. Uuh, I love his hands, actually.

Thanks for the link! Yes they are all very pretentious. And I thought it was very amusing that at least two of them waved their hands about a lot. Especially that awful woman with red on and dark hair.
