I think that he would not have dyed or cut those beautiful locks for a small part [if you'll pardon the expression!]
From my front row seat at the BFI, he didn't look at all bad last night. He was obviously uncomfortable about the fuss being made over his appearance but I thought he looked very elfin like- the shorter hair making him seem quite fragile but still gorgeous . After all , he is still our beloved Julian & even if he dyed himself green with red spots I'd still admire his work & him as a person.
John Lloyd hosted the very interesting & amusing discussion at the BFI last night, but I am not aware that JRT is working with him. Always possible of course, but nothing was mentioned. He is in an episode of Miss M, as are Stephen & Mark, but they are not in the same episode.

" A few very charming ladies down at my Dad's whist drive have been very kind (average age 75-93). My brother is the headmaster of a special school and I know some of his dinner ladies have been very kind to me as well. "

Aww, bless! It's so easy to take that level of interest the wrong way - I soooooo hope he didn't - I suppose because he's so modest and unaware of his sexy good looks and not exactly loving his new do (himself) at the moment, he would be uncomfortable. It's only hair, Julian - we still love you no matter how long, short dark or fraise-blond it is!
BTW, did anyone take photos? How did the event go? I'm dying to know!!!!!!!!

....Rita, I must have been day dreaming about JRT when John Llloyd said that. I totally missed it!
Wonder what it is...bet it's something amusing!...do hope so!
