What other actors are people on here fans of?

As I mentioned before on the intros thread I am a huge David Tennant fan, and I also like Rufus Sewell, Toby Stephens and Damian Lewis. I'm going to see Rufus in a play tomorrow night, can't wait! :D

As already mentioned on another thread, I love Hugh Laurie in his new 'House' role. I have always thought he was very funny, and kinda cute in the Prince Regent role in Blackadder. But suddenly, he has become very sexy... :lvdr:

Nah, John Hannah is cute! Have you seen Sliding Doors? I have a thing about Scottish accents though! :p
I first realised the hotness of Damian when I saw him onstage in a tribute to Look Back in Anger, which David Tennant also happened to be in. I was is the front row....best night of my life! Lol.

Aww, well Toby and Damian in particular are pretty obscure. I always seem to end up liking obscure actors, lol.
If you've ever seen A Knight's Tale (that film with Heath Ledger), Rufus plays the baddie Count Adhemar. And David is the current Doctor in Doctor Who. :)

I adore DT, and I think he's a wonderful Doctor. I also loved him in Casonova and everything else he has been in.

Have fun at the play tomorrow night, and let us know how it goes :) Try not to drool too much ;)

Seems to be a lot of good taste on here, DT, Hugh laurie...etc... agree with folks on most of these people, I've heard of Damien Lewis but don't know what he's like so I don't know if I've seen him in anything but, judging on the other actors mentioned, I'm sure he is very good

Lol, I'll have to bring a bucket so I don't ruin their upholstrey!
Have you seen DT in Blackpool? He sings and dances and uses his own accent - so much hottness! :swoon:

Also, this be Damian Lewis (another fraise-blond hehe):

I forgot to mention that I think Seann Penn is a brilliant actor. Johnny Depp is great also and very handsome - especially in Pirates of the Carribean.

I adore Julian more than anyone on earth, of course, but I also like Johnny Depp, Hugh Grant, Paul McGann, Toby Stephens, Paul Bettany, Russell Crowe, there are so many - secondary crushes that come and go....

Oh yes, of course I mustn't forget Paul Bettany and Johnny Depp. I also like Orlando Bloom, but only until he opens his mouth! I'm definitely a fan of lovely cheekbones!

Ahh, how could I too forget Paul Bettany and Johnny Depp?! POTC2 soon, yay!

The play tonight was fantastic. Hard to understand but really interesting, and funny. Rufus was brilliant, and very sexy! :p

Me? Well I'm a Julian RT, David Tennant and Colin Firth lass.

I love a bit of Hugh Laurie and Chris Barrie as well. You've gotta love your comedy actors. And WHO COULD FORGET Monsieur Mangan?

Do Bill Bailey and Dylan Moran count?

I don't know what it is about Dylan Moran, but I find him so completely and utterly sexy. The accent, the GSOH, the grumpiness ...? I nearly passed out when he was on Johnathon Ross.

(Speaking of which, has JRT, or any other Green Wingers, ever graced Wossy's sofa?)

As for other actors ... David Tennant, Paul Bettany, and Dylan Moran are big favourites, closely followed by Colin Firth, Michael J. Fox, and - more recently - Nicholas Hoult. (He was the kid in 'About a Boy', and now he's ridiculously hot!)

when was she on? I missed that! I *HATE* Wossie with a passion though, for some reason I find him incredibly irritating. What's the point of having great guests if you don't let them talk??

Another one is Colin Firth, Stephen Fry (  ), David Mitchell and Gareth Malone (the choir master who wasa on TV recently! ). He was ADORABLE! And Stephen Mangan, a bit, when he's not being Guy.

And Mark Gatiss! I know he's gay, but he's so dashing!

I think he is very brainy and witty, and I love watching progs with him in, but my heart belongs to his erstwhile comedy partner, Mr Hugh Laurie-Golden Globe winner extraordinaire!

I hadn't seen it until recently either Baggie, then I watched the last series in one run through on a satellite channel. Plots are predictable, but Dr House is fantastic if you like clever, witty, cynical and bitter, but a tiny bit vulnerable underneath, and I have to say it works for me. They've also played a slow burn love interest very well. The main thing though is the brilliant acting by Hugh Laurie - outshines everyone else off the screen.
