Mark thanks Julian in the acknowledgements of this final book in his Lucifer Box trilogy. It made me rather irrationally pleased when I noticed this on the bus earlier. :)

Well we know he and Mark have worked together on a number of things so perhaps they've become friends and Julian just helped him out with ideas and constructive criticism? :)
