Merlin
JUlian is mentioned as playing Edwin Muirden in the forthcoming BBC TV programme Merlin. It doesn't say at this point if his character is a regular or a guest star, but either way it's something to look forward to this autumn!

I was at pierrefonds france when they were filming Merlin we sawRichard Wilson Anthony Head and a girl who my daughter says is a big star but i had never seehr. We were joking sayin i wonder if J.R.T would be there es[pecially as pierrefonds is a bikers town and there was loads of bikes there.I cant believe I may have miised him.The last day we were there the crew packed up and went back,we were told to Wles to finish shooting.

Sainsbury, Julian was definitely filming in France the week of June 16th...how frustrating if he was there & you missed him!
The castle at Pierrefonds looks beautiful, you can see why they would film there!

Ooooh - this looks good. Especially with the special effects being done by the Doctor Who team at The Mill
The BBC press release (http://www.bbc.co.uk/pressoffice/pressreleases/stories/2008/07_july/23/merlin.shtml) seems to suggest he will only be in episode five, so we'll all have to set the recorders for that!

Have managed to "persuade" my youngest that she really wants to watch this, so the TV's booked.
