As this wishful thinking thread seems to be quite helpful in getting Julian playing the parts we would like.... can I make (another) plea for Julian as Sydney Carton in Tale of Two Cities. Seedy anti-hero becomes hero - perfect :D I'm sure we must be due a remake or TV adaptation?

Absolutely agree!

Who should we lobby for this to be made?

Since he has been absolutely brillaint at reading the Robert Muchamore CHERUB Books (and he has only read up to the second one - there are 5 more he could read?!) I would lurve him to read all of them?!!! :D ...
Ooh and some more books where he does some more fairy singing too - that was oh so cute! :lv:

I saw The Revenger's Tragedy at the Royal Exchange on Friday night and though Stephen Tompkinson was excellent it occured to me what a fab role the lead (Vindice) would be for Julian! It'd be like an amalgam of the wit of Mac with the calculating nature and bitterness of Monks and his Don John that radio version of Much Ado, plus the latter also shows how fab he is at speaking the verse. :D
