Wild Things

Postby Spitting Bunny » Tue Apr 08, 2008 12:28 pm

A bit of a plea - I've been catching up with old emails and see that Julian was in something called Wild Things on BBC7 last Wednesday at 11pm. I am unable to catch listen again at present and time is tight! Could anyone wonderful record it and put up a link if indeed it does have Julian in it as my spies have reported?? It is the first episode of 4 so I have no excuse for not hearing the rest.

In anticipation -thank you :foru:

hi Bunny, haven't seen you on here for ages! I'll certainly do my best to record it & put it up on esnips for everyone to enjoy.

ed. I've just listened to that, and recorded it, it is very funny & well worth listening to. I'm not sure that Julian will be in it again, but we will have to listen just in case. I'll put it up on esnips later & post a link.

Esnips won't let me upload this file, they are obviously tightening up on copyright stuff, so I have put it on meagupload for a while.

Thanks Ducatilady :)

I wonder if the copyright position will change once it is out of listen again? I suspect that if this continues we will have to start posting stuff to each other again... Ah well, at least the post office will be happy!

Thanks Rita! If esnips doesn't start behaving itself then there's also box.net. :)

if Faust isn't enough - you've got 2 days to listen to this.
He's the reporter. Are Steve Mangan and Robert Webb in this, along with Celia Imrie, Doon McKichian and Miranda Richardson. Crikey, who isn't in it?

hang on - at the end, it's supposed to be Dave Lamb and not JRT. Have a listen and see what you think. Do my ears need washing out?

Wasn't Julian was only in the first episode of this series:?: (Happiest Day Of Your Life - as ' the Customer ')
:lv:
" A few very charming ladies down at my Dad's whist drive have been very kind (average age 75-93). My brother is the headmaster of a special school and I know some of his dinner ladies have been very kind to me as well. "

It's definitely Julian in this episode, with Steve as the next customer, no need to panic though as it's been up in the audio files section for ages now.

oh yes, I remember he was definitely in one of them..But I could have sworn he was in this one too as the reporter, but then Dave Lamb was credited with the role. I'll get those cotton buds out....

Didn't sound like him to me...but then I had to switch it off soon after as the lead women were making me want to stab something - they were so annoying!
