Flicking through channels before I went to bed last night, I found Julian narrating this documentary which was promoting the work of Mind and Sport Relief.

Anyone else catch it? I only saw the last 5 minutes

Hello, so sorry, I haven't been on in ages and ages.

I watched the programme and found it quite moving. I was watching for a while before JRT spoke so was pleasantly surprised. It was a very distressing subject.

I was flicking heard his voice and stayed. It was very interesting for me seeing as I spent 7 years with someone who suffered from depression and who came from a family where at one time or another every member had tried to commit suicide.

I used to find if I could get him out walking or be in charge of his diet it used to help.

lots of interesting points of views and stories beautifully told.
