I think we can forgive you there Emm (for not being on since before Christmas) - it is the season to be merry after all and I think you deserve a drink or two anyway!

Hello!
So...What can I say...
I'm French so excuse me for my future mistakes!
I discovered Julian in black books and then in green wings (wich I watched first because there was tamsin greig in it).
I study english at university that's why I know all these programs (black books, green wings, spaced,etc...) because they're not famous at all in France(except black books), and as I need to hear English a lot I searched for English programs...Well to be honnest I'm about to quit university but I'm still in love with English language!
And I love Dylan Moran

Bienvenue!
C'est toujours bien de rencontrer des fans de Julian qui viennent d'autres pays...surtout pour moi parce que j'étudie le français et l'italien à l'université!

Welcome Patsy!

I can't match Faeriequeen's cleverness, but nice to see you here, and to see that Julian's fan base is spreading around Europe.

:welcome:

Bonjour Patsy. Watching British comedies sounds an enjoyable way of helping your English studies along, as long as you don't take your example from Dr Alan Statham! :?

Yes, I expect it will take you some time to read, look and listen to everything

I hope you have found the link to part 3 of The Other Man by now. I think it is about time I listened to it again too, just to check it is as good as I remembered

No, it says the link as expired :'(
I have all the other parts.
Actually the other man is the only audio I've been able to get.
I hate living in France sometimes! :D

Hmmm, have you tried going to 'Doodahs' from the main site, then click on 'Audio', then The Other Man pt 3? I just checked it and it does seem to be working, but if not, here is the direct link

Welcome to the forum Patsy! You should be able to acess all the audio and video files that are linked from the DooDahs page. I put most of the audio up there when I was in France (where I live for part of the year) so there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to get to them. Like Kim I checked out the Other Man & the link is still working.

Heyya
I'd like to introduce myself, hence why posting in this topic!!

I'm Rachel, I'm 19 years old and currently studying Business and Finance for Managers at Oxford Brookes University, however my family home is in Bristol.

What led me to this forum was the great tv on demand I had over the summer while back at home allowing me to watch Green Wing, then again watching the series' using 4OD on my computer while here in Oxford, this finally lead me to buying the dvds, to then decide to google the great man that is JRT which brought me to this website, and the rest as they say is history!!

Thank god I only have to type this as my throat is not allowing me to talk at the moment!

Hi Rachel, welcome to the forum, I'm sure you'll find plenty of like-minded Green Wing & JRT fans here to share your passion (or should that be obsession?) with.
