Julian Rhind-Tutt and Tara Summers offer occasional respite as a rabbit-plagued couple whose denial is revealed with relative subtlety: elsewhere the humour is unsophisticated and unfunny

Found this review from TimeOut magazine. Glad to hear Julian was good in this (I knew he would be, anyway!); as for the film itself, I'll reserve judgement until I've seen it. What did those who've seen it think?

As Rosie said earlier, we went together and had a good time. It was an unpretentious, fun movie, and we enjoyed ourselves a lot. Lots of Julian in it, in more ways than one  so I will certainly be getting the dvd as well!

Check out the other threads on Rabbit Fever here - there are lots of more detailed reviews there

I don't know when it's released but people are on the look out for the elusive date

I'm pretty sure I've posted this on this thread before............... anyway, I e-mailed the Rabbit Fever site last year after it vanished (rather unceremoniously! :( ) from the cinema and the reply I received was: "not to worry - it's out on DVD in March, anyway......."

I know where your coming from with that MM, it's like the damn thing has dissapeared off the face of the planet. I hope your wrong though (i mean that in the nicest possible way)

The DVD is out on May 21st!

Rita (ducatilady) emailed the film company and that's what they said. She can't get on here at the moment though for some reason so she asked me to tell everyone. :)

Have just spotted on the Rabbit Fever site that they're quoting the DVD release date as 11th June, so it's been put back a bit. :(

Never mind, it will be something to look forward to after LWW finishes its run.

I don't know about low point but he did describe Tomb Raider as a free holiday. Thats a pretty polite way of saying low point.

Yup the release date should be the 11th June, as it has (or should have) the same release date as Hot Fuzz :(

I was idly reading through the gossip column in last Sunday’s Mail before throwing it out and I found this It’s about Prince William’s ex. who was apparently at a party for the launch of Rabbit Fever – presumably on DVD

How strange that they have had a launch party for the DVD, when they hardly bothered to promote the film itself, wonder if Julian was at this party?

I thought it was odd too Ducatilady and did wonder if the piece was a filler from the archive, but it can't be because it's after she split with William.
The film was on very limited release so maybe they are going to push the DVD harder and treat it almost like a straight to DVD film.
