I've, err, found some episodes of Keen Eddie dubbed into Italian - Julian 'speaking' Italian is very very amusing!
I'll have to see about trying to get a clip up somewhere...

It's just not right...but I can't help finding it funny!

Hopefully one of the Sky channels will repeat it again soon. The DVD episodes are all in the 'wrong' order (order of broadcast rather than order of production) so certain things don't match up, and it also has different music to the broadcast episodes.

But yes, Julian is brilliant in it...and he gets to point guns and punch people and run after criminals, all whilst looking incredibly hot in immaculate sharp suits!

How hysterical! Nice find FQ!
Does anyone have a copy of this (the english version - obviously!) they could lend me? as I noticed its the wrong region to rent it from Amazon or anywhere else - would so love to see this as I haven't done yet - just clips and I really want to see it in full!

It is only available in Region 1 at the moment. I haven't yet had a try at formatting it into something to play on computers or UK dvds - if I manage it I will let you know!
Of course, we could start petitioning the production company to produce a region 2 version....

If you download VLC Player (it's free!) and use it to play DVDs on your computer it completely ignores the region encoding and you don't have to worry about how many times you've switched the region setting on your DVD drive.

Otherwise, multi-region DVD players are pretty cheap, or you can find codes on the internet to hack your current DVD player to make it multi-region:

Have to say I ended up getting a multi regional DVD player, as I have several region 1 DVD's. I got it from Amazon and it cost me the grand sum of £23.00

I would say so Marinewarden. I have several Julian DVD's that I could only get from the US, so for me it was I would say it was worth the 20 quid or so it cost me. Not only is my copy of Keen Eddie and import, so is my copy of Heat of the Sun and strangely enough my copy of Reckless
Multi-region

Keen Eddie was my reason for buying a multi region dvd player and the dvds at the same time - well worth it!
