Any Human Heart

Postby tutt-sweet » Thu Apr 08, 2010 11:23 am

Woooohoooo!

Any Human Heart. by William Boyd [one of Julian's favourite writers I seem to recall]
As well as JRT, this also stars Tom Hollander & lovely Sam West! :D

It's one of my favourite books too... Julian plays John Vivian ( :? need to read it again I think!)

http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/showbiz/te ... -22170537/

'Other cast members include Green Wing star Julian Rhind-Tutt as revolutionary John Vivian, Tom Hollander as the Duke of Windsor and Samuel West as a friend of Logan.'

Edit: Just looked him up - appears on pg 422 onwards in my copy..
' a tall lean handsome fellow (who looked older than the others, in his thirties I would say) with long hair to his shoulders parted in the middle'

So, more hair action by the looks of it ladies!!

I just tweeted Sam West asking whether he was playing Peter Scabius or Ben Leeping and got this reply:
Scabius, older. Ed Stoppard is Leeping, Freddie Fox is the younger me.

This cast just gets better and better! :D

I went to a preview of the first episode at BAFTA last week and it was absolutely brilliant! There was an amusing snippet of Julian with Jim Broadbent in the trailer for the other eps too. :)

So that'll be the same day as the radio programme - double Julian :D

Reminds me of a London bus, in the nicest possible way.
