Julian's birthday

Ok so Julian's birthday is not so long away (20 July) and I was wondering if anyone is planning on sending him anything or celebrating in anyway?

I share the same birthday :)
I've thought about sending him a card or something, but don't want to appear like a stalker. Also the boyfriend would not be too impressed, he already thinks Julian has too big a space in my life!

not really news, but just a suggestion. since this is a new forum, you shud maybe try to get in touch with jrt to tell him about this website through his agent. i no that when a fan of david tennants set up a website for him, he would get in touch with the website to thank his fans for support etc. you never no- he mite do something similar.

Hi, This is my first post on here but I'm also on live journal & the Ch 4 Forum & the Realm of Rhind Tutt.

As Lovemac! says, great idea about 'touching base' with Julian's agent...think it would be simple courtesy too to let them know that he has a fan base that they can use [IF they wish] to notify his fans of his plans/forthcoming work projects etc.

I was going to send him a birthday card via his agent...what's everyone else planning on doing?

Great that we have a superb new website just for JRT- well done Jools!!!

hey - i'm new too.. also from the C4 forum and the JRT proboards forum.

maybe (as well as individual stuff) we could send him a happy birthday thing from all of us at the forum and also, that way, notify his agent that we're here if they want to contact us or anything... just a thought <3

That's exactly what I was thinking of doing, as I'd like the site to get a little more use and more info before I inform Julian's agent, but am planning on sending a card with a wee not from all of us about the website

i was going to send a card to his agent, but a card from all at the forum sounds like a good idea, and it would let him know that he has a fansite of ladies(?) who love him :)

Hmm, I need to do some fanart or something to send to him...cos that's what I did for David Tennant's birthday and I wouldn't want Julian thinking he was second best or anything! :wink:

An excellent idea, and if you do send birthday greetings please include my name! I missed last years online interview and several other JRT-related things because I keep getting confused or forgetting about the time difference between Britain and america :(

OK OK, I know this is probably the wrong section to post this, but there was no "JRT in music videos" section! :)

Also, I thought as this was the most liveliest thread, it will get the most exposure. I have never seen it mentioned before that JRT was in a music video? I am not down with the kids..... My tastes in music are stuck in the 80's!

I know on the old forum, some of us were discussing about sending messages as a collective from members. Maybe we should have a thread where we can all leave messages to Julian wishing him a Happy Birthday etc, and have Jools print them off and send them too him. (I have no Printer yet.. *looks at old clapped out printer and growls*)

Someone on the Green Wing livejournal community is co-ordinating something like this where we all email her our messages and then she prints them out and sends them to him at once...so I'm probably going to send something in for that.
