Today is the time to give gifts to Julian. But this morning I received a gift -at 7:00 am I watched The Hour.

I remembered Julian's birthday today because in my dream Kim was throwing him a party and you guys were all there, but I was nine hours late, and we ended up at some sort of convention where all my favourite people from entertainment were guests of some description, including Alan Rickman and Benedict Cumberbatch (as one entity) dressed as ‘Brian May’ singing a parody of “Everything I Do (I Do It For You)” that went, “Everything You Do, You Do It For Yourself.”


At least, Emma Thompson told me it was a Brian May costume. In actuality it was a sort of shiny rather Bowiesque black suit and a floppy blonde wig. I don’t actually know what Brian May looks like.
