Continuing the media's 'let's all insult JRT in The Seven Ages of Rock', the Radio Times has joined in now. David Butcher in the 'Today's choices' column says:
"It's all beautifully done, even if hearing about alt-rock's raw alienation and self-loathing via plummy narrator Julian Rhind-Tutt sounds silly."
Huh!

Oh, for Pete's sake! He is well-spoken but I wouldn't describe him as plummy.
Who cares, anyway?!!!! The producer/director obviously thought he was the right man for the job - nit-picking twats.

Personally I like the fact he is well spoken there's nothing wrong with being a bit posh!!
So he's well brought up who cares at least he's easy to listen to, not getting at anyone with strong regional accents as I probably sound like |I've left my tractor somewhere, but sometimes you do wonder what some of them are on about.
Would they be allowed to say he was to scottish or Geordie for the job.
My only critisism is how can you have stadium rock without Muse. especially the weekend they played Wembley Stadium. There tour thiss year has been just as big as U2 Zoo tour

Can I just say as a JRT fan & a music geek how amazing was the show?! The attention to detail was amazing, was perfect for music students like me and music lovers from any generation, personally I loved it.
For anyone who wants to watch it again its on tv links here

its only the first six episodes, but hopefully the last episode will be up soon
