Did you open the file you saved with VLC player?

YouTube uses a weird Flash file and VLC is one of the few media players that will play the file. It won't open in WinAmp or Windows Media Player.

VLC is a media player that can play most types of different video types. If you google it, you can find loads of places where it can be downloaded as it is free to use.
