Stephen Mangan is on 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire Celebrity' with Jessica Hynes (formerly Stevenson) on Tuesday 4th September at 8pm on ITV1.
My mum made me laugh when she said "Julian might be his phone-a-friend. He seems such a clever man." True words spoken there

Cool! Thanks for letting us know, f_d_p!!!
Oh, and the bit about Julian made me chuckle, too!
Very perceptive of your Mum!
It would be absolutely
fantastic if he actually
did have Julian on standby, though.

Wouldn't it have been great if Julian had been his partner. They both seem very intelligent.
Let's hope he has to call him that would be great , well him or Simon Pegg

Oh no! I'm going to miss it!
...it's quite ridiculous how disappointed I feel now.

Think I may be away as well FQ, but I will do my best to record it, for myself & anyone else that wants to borrow it.

I'm with you bekiboo...Julian has to be his phone a friend! or better still on himself at some point.

Oh! Yes I am! Thank you Rita!
I can't rely on my parents to remember how to work the DVD recorder...they're still useless even though I've shown them about 5 times!

I would have just returned from Canada that day so what a
truly marvellous welcome home present and I totally agree with hoping and praying that Julian is his "phone a friend" - that would be fabulous!

Just seen the first part to "WW2BaM" and Steven looks sooo nervous (aww bless him!) ...I just want to go and give him a hug, especially as, I never knew he had lost both of his parents to cancer....poor baby!...
...Here's hoping he does well *crosses fingers*

Stephen and Jessica did well despite Jessica's
constant rabbitting and over-analysing (I think it was nerves, bless her), didn't they? £50,000 is certainly not to be sniffed at.
Shame they didn't use their phone-a-friend lifeline - I'm convinced Stephen's would have been Julian!

They both did look really nervous but they did really well for their charities. Jessica's over-analyzing (especially on the 'winged' question) was quite funny
I agree with you on the phone-a-friend ch1ch1 - ahh well!

Quite frankly I thought it was one of the funniest Milionaires I have ever seen. They were brilliant

omg you would not believe how disappointed i was when they got the question wrong
partly, it has to be said, because they hadn't used their fone a frend, but also because i was rooting for them so much!!! but i agree, they did do well
