well if st Julian is the patron saint of inn-keepers does that mean I'm worshipping him everytime I go to the pub??

If so I'll be doing a lot of worshipping this weekend.

Having a rubbish week ended up with the police round again due to stuff happening at my house. Then ran into x- sister in law who told me to watch my back at the moment as the X is blaming me for everything again!

on plus side off to Marilyn Manson on sunday if my sister hasn't flooded by then

Someone who lives down the road from me has "JRT" on the end of their registratoin plate. That makes me smile everytime I go past it.
I might offer to buy it from them....

got home at 6.15 after having to look after jake all day couldn't find boo my adorable 1 year old cat anywhere. Been out calling him until 1/2 hr ago when the vets called. Some bastard hit him around 6 ish and drove off leaving him in the gutter . Some one from the next street took him to the vets but he didn't make it.

Life sucks all he wanted from me this morning was a cuddle and I had to go out. If I'm here he never goes out just sits with me the kittens are miserable cos they can't find him . I live by a 1 way street and ever since they altered it to that the little shits speed up here and at the moment I just want to get my hands on the idiot that did it

it got worse later for the 3rd weekend I've had to have the police round.Someone and I'm pretty sure I know who is screwing with me. Stuff being moved round the garden etc.

Phone went at 1.10am with a reverse charge call the bit when they are meant to say their name was as if someone had covered the phone and the message was really quiet and breathy. It even sounded like they meantioned Boo.

I'm now starting to sound mad but it's the sort of thing a certain person would do. The police are trying to see if they can track the call. I'm x directory and everyone has my mobile!!

Seriously thinking of selling up and going at this moment. Me and the kittens are off to my parents for a few days so probably won't be on line til tuesday.

I'm so sorry that you're grieving the loss of another cat and so soon after the last one, too - it just seems so unfair! I could tell from the way you talked about your cats that you loved them dearly and I'm sure Boo knew that, too.

I hope everything's sorted out and that you feel strong/safe enough to return home soon.

Oh Em I'm so very sorry to hear about your poor little kitten. :bawl:
There are some real bastards around- probably drunk too this time of year. I agree with MWs comment entirely! How some people can be so cruel I just don't know. I totally despair of the human race..no wonder a lot of us prefer animals for company.

You'll have to think very carefully before having any more pussies- much as you love them- you have to think of their safety on a 'rat run' as your road now appears to be. Older cats are a bit more streetwise but kittens have so much to learn & are so curious about everything...they don't stand a chance.

I know just how you feel as I've been in the same situation. I just decided not to have any more animals til we were on a safe & quiet cul de sac..even then you're never sure some idiot won't do something stupid.

Do take care. Thinking of you. :(

sadly I do actually live on a safe quiet cul-de -sac just a few of the lads are now 17 and boy racers. It was dark and apparently they took the corner to fast and hit the curb and drove off. A lady saw it and started to look for the owner, another lady who owns pets grabbed him and tookhim to her vets but he was already dead.

According to the vet it was a blow to the head and instant. I have sent a card via the vet to thank the lady who took him and did all she could for him. The kittens miss him and just want cuddling Jake took good care of them last night. Only one problem Jake keeps saying if he sees a car by the kittens he's going to run like Buzz lightyear and shoot the car with his laser and save the kittens!!

hopefully I've managed to convince him not to. Anyway he's handling it better than me he keeps telling me Boo knew we loved him but maybe Muse needed him and the kittens could look after each other. Just glad I spent firday night with him asleep on my lap and for some unknown reason sat morning he just wanted me to cuddle him.. He spent most of the morning upside down in my arms being cuddled and told that he was the best cat ever and how special he was.

Thankfully mum and dad went to get him and he is now next to his brother in my garden. Apparently he looked peaceful, just hope seeing as he was a massive well built cat he damaged their car!

The reverse charge message that was made at 1.10 am turns out to say"I'm watching you" not sure if thats better or worse than when I thought it said something about Boo, which made me think he'd been hit on purpose.

So not staying at home at the moment just don't feel safe the police can keep an eye but obviously can't do anything else as there's no proof of who it is , like we don't know!. Hope you all had better weekends than me and thanks for the messages

Oh god Emm I'm so sorry to hear about little Boo. I remember you loved them dearly - you talked about them so much. They're at rest now though, at least.

That's freak-out about your weird pester guy though - how long's it been going on for? (I'm afraid I've missed a lot in my absence) I hope that gets sorted out soon. any idea why it could be? :?

like the thought of Julian as my guardan angel , jake aka mini mac has offered to protect me with his Buzz Lightyear Laser!

Got 3 blokes offering to sleep on my couch but will probably have too much trouble getting rid of them as well . No problem with keeping up with my JRT fix at the parents as my mum happily watches GW now and can't wait for Oliver and Shadows.

Thanks for all the kind words about Boo and the support regarding the certain person who won't get out of my life. The police are doing all they can but in all honesty there's not much they can do.

Link it's been happening on and off for about 2 years now ever since I divorced him and he got done for assulting me

How about pushing for a Restraining Order Em?

Have a look on here :-

Suggest you get a security camera for the house, [front & back] & record all phone calls so you can play back any dodgy calls & have the voice analysed.

Other than that, I'd get the 3 nice blokes who offered to sleep on your couch to give him ' a going over' ?!

Have you tried consulting you local Womans Refuge Group- they may have some ideas as to what else you can do to protect yourself.
