Minki , I have adored Rob Lowe since he was in short pants!!

I have most of his films on tape [somewhere?!] . See if you can find one called 'Masquerade' [circa 1988]- it's not bad & he's the main character so lots of time to drool!

see here for more
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000507/maindetails

I don't watch 'Brothers & Sisters' ..tho' caught a glimpse of him last night...& can report that he is a gorgeous as ever! :swoon:

I now much prefer the fabulous Julian though- he does have far more talent & acting ability than Rob- & is even more handsome!!

my sister always liked him not sure if thats a good thing or not given her taste in men. I always preferred Charlie Sheen which probably says a lot about my taste in men

For me the whole Brat pack thing was all about Judd Nelson. Breakfast club :jd:

It was John Cusack all the way for me in the Brat Pack films. Actually, it still is! Just beaten to the post by Julian and Mr Tennant, but he holds no.1 spot on my American list. Those eyes...guh! :swoon:

God I loved John Cusack actually will still watch anything with him in. Then again don't think he's ever made a bad film yet

So right! The minute a man turns up at my house holding a stereo over his head and serenading me is the minute I get engaged! :D

I'm still laughing at your responses. I like the fact that you're allowing an English Number 1 and an American one, to allow Julian to still be top. Of course JRT is a better actor and definitely has the most wonderful voice of any man, but Rob Lowe just looks like he could be very rude.

If I was judging on acting ability and downright wonderfulness then JRT is always the winner..... followed by David Tennant obviously and he is my Scottish number 1.... but then there's John Barrowman who is just gorgeous, not on the right team, but still gorgeous....

There was a programme on a while ago about the top celebrity sex videos and they showed a bit of it! He talked about it on Jonathan Ross. You really should watch Brothers & Sisters as he is knee trembling in it.

I think his bad boy image does play a big part in my interest in him......

Oh, but our very own Matthew Rhys is in it, too and he's very good! His American accent is absolutely flawless.

wow, I didn't know he was British. His accent is brilliant! And he gets to snog Smith from Sex and The City! Love all the men in B & S but it is a really good programme. Makes me laugh and cry every episode.

Anyway, in other news ............ Simon Pegg won GQ Actor of the Year last night! I just loved his acceptance speech: I'd like to thank my very beautiful and supportive wife ..................................................................Nick Frost."

It was a wonderful speech and a very well deserved award. I do love Simon Pegg but bet his poor wife ( ) has to put up with competition from nick.

Mind you think I could put up with that

I went to see Mr Mangan in "Someone Else" today...and he was very good of course & looking gorgeous! His character was a bit of a tit though...though not in the same way as Guy! It was beautifully shot too. :)
