Listen carefully to episode 3 then Ducatilady! I'll want a full report.
I too had noisy people in the office & missed bits of it!
See you tomorrow.

" A few very charming ladies down at my Dad's whist drive have been very kind (average age 75-93). My brother is the headmaster of a special school and I know some of his dinner ladies have been very kind to me as well. "

so far I've only managed to listen to the first episode, and I was ecstatic when Walsall was mentioned as its my home town, right in the black country! The idea of Julian somewhere like Walsall cracked me up.
Loved the first episode, downloading the second as I type love his accent in this too, and of course casting for this radio-play is amazing, more of the same please radio 4!!

This is an outrage! What does the BBC think we pay our licence fee for??? I'm off on my hols on 23, so will have to rely on you lovely people to preserve it somewhere.
I was out today, dodging the rain, out lunching with a few old friends in High St Kensington. We were so busy stuffing our faces that we didn't notice the cars float by..... Managed to get home ok, after some delay. Thankfully I moved stuff out of the garage as we did get flooded.
Sorry, sorry, digression here......
