I woke up to the sound of Julian's voice this morning. My alarm went off just before 7am as a song was ending then Julian came on telling me about Enid Blyton :D I could do with that happening every day!
We don't often get national ads on my local radio so it was a nice surprise

Ah yeah he seems to be the resident Daily Telegraph "voice" as they use him for all their ads! :)

Just heard Julian's lovely voice on the current Telegraph advert, on TV this evening. Eat out for £5.

Yup well I heard Julian doing the yogurt advert today. His tongue is firmy in his cheek in this one. It actually made me laugh out load as well as brightening my drive to work. I swear it's very camp :o

I heard it too today.... what perfect diction :swoon: Even more clever considering he clearly does have his tongue in cheek :D

What would we do without advertising to get our regular fixes?

Yes, I just heard it too, and made my children be quiet so that I could listen to it in all its perfection! They just stared at me, they do not appreciate the great one yet!

Hooray. I only listen to Virgin Radio. But every now and again there's a Bernard Matthews advert and i swear the guy that does the voiceover to one of them sounds just like Mark Heap, lolol.

Pretty sure that is him. They have to turn to talented people to rescue some brands!

Heard a fab new Telegraph ad today which is basically him um-ing and ah-ing over a difficult crossword clue and then shouting "YES!" as if he's suddenly worked it out. Hehe! I wonder if it's the one he went off to record on the 3rd?

This was also preceeded by the BA ad so I had a double helping of his gorgeous voice! :D

I heard/saw it too but it was at about 8.30ish on ParaComedy 1. I was actually talking to my brother on the phone at the time (not really paying much attention to the TV) but as soon as I heard that silken voice, I stopped mid-sentence until it was over leaving my brother rather puzzled somewhat.

Just heard his nibs doing the ad for this week's Sunday Telegraph's DVD promotion. The way he says 'Gerard Depardieu' made me grin mightily :D

I saw it last night!
I was getting ready for work and when I heard his voice my head snapped up to look at the TV and I trapped a nerve!
My neck was killing all night. Worth it though!
