Re: Blandings
Yes arm waving & swishy coat but no banana eating, although he made short work of that sausage didn't he?!
I'd hate him to get type cast, but he does do 'posh' really rather well doesn't he?

Re: Inside No. 9
Nice to see Julian appearing with Ben Willbond again......loved him as snooty Julian Crumb-Loosely from 'The Maltby Collection'. Always a joy to see Timothy West too...always an outstanding actor. Great cast all together really. From the clip, all I can say is lucky, lucky Anna Chancellor!! :swoon: ...

Re: Three Men in a Boat
I listened yesterday afternoon & thought Julian was superb. Quite right that he got the "lion's" (?! ) share of the dialogue too! Both his voices/accents for J. & Montmorency, I thought, were inspired. It's a charming book & was beautifully dramatised for radio. Hugh Den...

Re: "To Leech" - a short film
There are only a handful of actors in this short film, however from reading the film synopsis, I believe that Julian's character is one of the main ones. The film is only 20 mins long, so there may not be too much for him to get his teeth into!
