I have just run the adidas 5k challenge in 29.09 which for me is great!
the killer was my friend and I then ran back to her gaffe in Moseley which is about 4 miles, all up hill, well it felt like it was all up hill

It was lovely to see Kim and Rosie last night although very briefly, we did wait outside for you put we obviously missed each other.
